Why will I receive separate quote documents?

Blue Summit prepares course and certification exam costs as separate quote documents so you can submit the items required by your selected funding program.

Does this form confirm my program eligibility?

No. Blue Summit prepares quote documents; Army CA and Air Force COOL determine eligibility and approve funding for their respective applicants.

When should I submit my funding request?

Army CA requests are submitted through ArmyIgnitED 45–90 days before the course or exam starts. Air Force COOL requests are submitted through AFVEC 30–60 days before the course or exam starts.

What if I am unsure about the exam requirements?

Choose “I’m not sure — contact me” in the form. An advisor will review the requirements with you before you submit your funding request.
